If you're like me, then you have probably noticed that over the years something has happened to the concept of customer service.  And I don't mean that in a good way.  Somewhere along the line, many larger companies seemingly abandoned basic customer service.  Instead, they seem to believe that the individual customer doesn't matter as long as they can keep enough total customers to turn a decent profit.

This is unacceptable to me.  I strongly believe that every customer is vital to our success.  When you invite me into your home to conduct a security review, I arrive with the attitude that your satisfaction is the most important thing to me.  I will listen to your needs and concerns; I'm not like some other pushy or overbearing salesmen who won't take the time to find out what your concerns are before trying to sell you equipment you might not even want or need.  We will work together as a team to design a security system that will fit both your security needs and your budget.
